This warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, in accordance with proper use and maintenance, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as he or she owns the product. At FOSTER Knives' discretion, defective product will be repaired, replaced or substituted with a product of equal value. This is the exclusive remedy under this warranty.
In no event shall FOSTER Knives be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
